Return Policy
At The Salon Selection, you may return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase date.
Eligible Locations: Returns are only accepted within the United States.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging to qualify for a return.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. You may choose a full refund or a replacement, free of charge.
Returns Due to Preference
For returns initiated by customer choice, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please:

Return Shipping Instructions
Returned products should include all original packaging, parts, and components. For any warranty-related matters, please contact the manufacturer directly.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. However, if the item arrived damaged, you won’t be responsible for these fees.
